Join us for a free information session about pelvic health physiotherapy by Megan Sawatsky, a registered physiotherapist with advanced training in pelvic health.

Maybe you’ve been referred before, maybe a friend told you about her visit or maybe you’ve never heard about it before. Regardless of your current knowledge base, I’m confident you’ll leave the session with a new understanding of your pelvic health and strategies to improve your symptoms. We will cover topics like anatomy, bladder leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis rectus abdominus, painful intercourse, and more. The presentation will be approximately 45 minutes with time for questions throughout.

Join Lindsay of WIlde Wellness for a short hike up Lindeman lake with a short yoga session at the top. We leave the Vedder Rotary Park parking lot at 8am and plan to start our hike at 9. You will need spikes or crampons as it will likely be snowy. Please make sure to pack layers of clothes and WARM clothing. This is a rain or shine event and you will be home at 1-2pm.
