A Movement Challenge for Women

Creating Accountability for Women with the Daily Slay Club

The #dailyslayclub is a movement challenge for self-identifying women of all ages, races, shapes, abilities and sizes. We aim to encourage YOU to move your body every single day in a way that feels good to you. We are not here to push you to workout every day. We want you to prioritize YOU for a minimum of 30 minutes every day in a way that feels good - that includes active rest days. Every day doesn’t have to be 100%. It’s a marathon, not a sprint!

If you miss a day, don’t sweat it! You are never ‘out’. We are not aiming for perfection. We don’t want to add stress to your life, we just want to be that niggling reminder in the back of your head that YOU ARE IMPORTANT and YOU ARE WORTH IT! Take that time for you!

Each individual’s journey will be completely their own. You are not required to attend any classes or events. If you want to walk by yourself every day, that’s awesome! Your goals are only yours and we’re not here to compare ourselves to anyone else.

We’re here to show you how to be accountable to YOU. We’re here to help you meet new people, try new things and find something that you LOVE that can help you form a long term and sustainable lifestyle filled with movement.

How to Participate:

REGISTER: click the little ‘register now’ button below to sign up for the movement challenge!

MOVE YOUR BODY: that’s it! Move your body in a way that feels good to you for a minimum of 30 minutes every day. That can be walking, yoga, hiking, Crossfit - anything that fills your cup and hopefully gets those endorphins flowing.

DOCUMENT PROOF: share a photo on Instagram (either a story, a post or a DM), comment on our Facebook thread in our Private Facebook community.

ENCOURAGE&INSPIRE: encourage and inspire other women just by showing up for yourself every day.

WIN: be entered to win weekly prizes worth $100 every week, just for moving your body and sending us proof.

OPTIONAL: join us for some $5 community classes at local gyms and studios to try new things and meet new people!

Each individuals journey will be completely their own. Your journey will look different than mine. If you want to challenge yourself to walk every day, that’s great! Maybe you want to incorporate more active rest days into your life. Maybe you want to meet new people or try new things. There’s something here for everyone.
